1. Free Resources
Free guides, PDFs, and content downloaded from our website are non-refundable as they are provided free of cost.
2. Paid Mock Interview Sessions
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- Cancellations by you: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited.
- Cancellations by us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled slot.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used.
